My husband and I are not your ordinary real estate professionals. We actually both have distinct backgrounds in different industries. For example, I worked in the medical field for 20 years, and it was during this time I developed my critical thinking, research and people skills! But I have always had a love of real estate, owning multiple investment properties with my husband over the years.
It was a chance viewing of HGTV International that introduced the idea of buying an investment property in Punta Cana. Soon after, during the pandemic in 2020, my husband and I were on vacation here and discussed the idea of staying. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first, but took the chance and said, “Okay!”
Two years later and I can honestly say, I am here for good and don’t plan on ever living in the States again. There is just something so incredibly special about living somewhere with different cultures, white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and beautiful weather all year round.
